Tinuola obtained her LL.B (Hons) degree from University of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State in 2009. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010.

Her core strength is in Family Law, Land Law, Litigation and Legal Drafting.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
