Perez is a product of Abia State University where he obtained his LLB and he thereafter obtained his BL from the Nigerian Law School, Kano campus. He was called to bar in 2009.

His Practice areas include Corporate, Commercial, Trade and Investment laws
He also has specialty in Anti money laundering and internet fraud.

Perez is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association (IBA) and a Notary Public of Nigeria.
