Odunayo obtained her LL.B. (Hons.) degree from University of Lagos, Akoka in 2014. She was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2015.

Her core strength is in Family Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Land Law and General Litigation.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
