Evaristus Ifeanyi Asuzu is the Deputy Managing Partner at CLS Attorneys with well over a decade of legal experience across diverse practice areas, including conflict management and complex dispute resolution, property law and real estate practice, immigration law, sports and entertainment law, election petitions, family and probate law, and business advisory.

Evaristus is widely recognised for providing strategic, high-quality legal counsel to start-ups, major industrial conglomerates, financial institutions, and multinational corporations. He possesses deep expertise in managing high-value litigation and arbitration proceedings and is known for his strategic insight, commercial pragmatism, and solutions-oriented approach, with a strong emphasis on dispute avoidance. He has acted both for and against leading commercial banks in Nigeria, represented petitioners and respondents in divorce proceedings and election petitions, and has appeared before virtually all Election Petition Tribunals and superior Courts in Nigeria.
